Ok, this is a shameless plug, but I’m really excited to launch my new podcast!
This podcast was created to talk about living a life you truly love and following your bliss, wherever that takes you in life. I talk with a variety of people who are living a life they love and how you can too. I discuss everything from how to be motivated, how to change your beliefs and mindset, being healthy, being happy and living a full life.
If you want to be inspired, find your passion and live your best life, I invite you to listen.
Episodes are around 40 minutes in length.
Listen to the Follow Your Bliss podcast
This is the best podcast for adding more happiness into your life.
Gretchen Rubin, along with her sister Elizabeth share habits and advice about adding more happiness to your life, ways to live more organized and full.
As the author of the Happiness Project and the Four Tendencies, Gretchen also includes ways to incorporate those into your life.
Episodes are around 45 minutes in length.
I’m one of those people who find everything that Oprah does to be wonderful. I think she’s inspiring, successful, and gives back in a big way.
Super Soul Conversations has some great episodes about your life purpose, being creative, and stories of life in general.
Episodes range in length but are approximately an hour.
Jonathan Fields, who is also the author of How to Live a Good Life, shares episodes about success, living a life that matters, love and happiness.
Jonathan interviews some pretty well known people such as Tim Ferriss, Elizabeth Gilbert, and Brene Brown.
I like the topics of this podcast because they range from gratitude to the benefits of generosity, and how people quit their high-paying, successful jobs to find more peace and happiness.
Episodes are around 1 hour in length.
This podcast is a bit of a mix of life and also business, but I absolutely love it and love Rachel Hollis.
Rachel shares real and honest thoughts and strategies about improving your life, as well as your business. Even if you don’t have a business, I highly recommend you check it out.
Episodes are around 1 hour and 20 minutes in length.
This podcast not only has some interesting and real topics, but it’s done in such a fun and hilarious way (can we note the funny episode titles?!).
Andrea Collins is so funny and real and shares episodes that allow you to fit the ideas into your own life.
Episodes are usually around 30 minutes in length.
I realize this podcast is focused mostly on business, but lately Jill and Josh have been sharing more episodes about mindset, fear of success, and being responsible for your own life.
As a business owner, I find the information valuable, but even if you don’t have a business, the tips and motivation they share about beliefs and living a life on your own terms are awesome. Plus they’re hilarious.
Episodes range from their ‘quickie’ 10 minute episodes to around an hour.
